Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 2777bot website, mobile interface, or associated services, you enter into a binding legal agreement with 2777bot and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you click the registration confirmation, the first time you log in to an existing account, or the first time you place a bet or wager — whichever occurs earliest.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 2777bot platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any individual accessing 2777bot via a third-party device or network. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes renewed acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 2777bot. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the 2777bot platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension on the 2777bot platform or any affiliated service.
• You have not been identified as a problem gambler by 2777bot or any recognised responsible gaming organisation.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of a 2777bot employee who has access to non-public operational information.
• You have not previously had a 2777bot account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2777bot operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts, whether created to circumvent a restriction, claim a bonus multiple times, or for any other reason, will be closed without notice and any associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.

Account Registration and Management

To access real-money features of the 2777bot platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

The information collected during registration includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. This information is used for account verification, identity confirmation, and payment processing. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 2777bot will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• You must notify 2777bot immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 2777bot accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate password security.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party, including family members. Each registered account is for the sole personal use of the named account holder.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, including mobile number and email address, remain current and accurate at all times.

Deposits and Withdrawals

2777bot processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved mobile financial service providers. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set out in the table below. These limits are reviewed periodically and may be updated without prior notice.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the corresponding deposit. 2777bot does not process withdrawals to accounts other than the verified deposit source.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity and fraud verification checks. 2777bot reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• Any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Full bonus terms are available in the Bonuses section of your account.
• 2777bot is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile financial service provider's own processing times or network conditions.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your 2777bot account. Contact support at [email protected] immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.

Bonuses and Promotions

2777bot offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published in full on the relevant promotion page within your account dashboard. The general principles governing all bonuses are set out below.

• Bonuses are available exclusively to players who have completed the account registration and verification process. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household address, and per device, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in its individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is fulfilled will be removed from the account along with any associated bonus winnings.
• 2777bot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of third-party bonus strategies, or collusion, will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and Victory Day are time-limited and subject to separate promotional terms published at the time of the offer.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the 2777bot platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, card games, and arcade-style titles — are supplied by reputable international game studios and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game event is independently random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including 2777bot itself.

• Individual game rules are published within each game's interface and within the relevant game provider's documentation. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules before placing real-money wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round will be declared void and any stake will be returned to the player's account. 2777bot's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed in error — for example, on the wrong market or at an incorrect stake level — cannot be reversed once confirmed. Players are advised to review all bet selections before confirming.
• Sports betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• 2777bot reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or any other integrity breach, regardless of the apparent outcome of the event.
• Maximum payout limits apply to single bets and accumulator bets. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface and in the Sports Betting section of your account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2777bot platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent activity: Including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information during registration or verification.
• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one registered account for any purpose, including to claim welcome bonuses multiple times or to circumvent a restriction applied to an existing account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through methods that are inconsistent with legitimate recreational play, including low-risk hedging strategies designed exclusively to clear wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any automated software to place bets, interact with game interfaces, or perform account functions on the 2777bot platform.
• Money laundering: Using the 2777bot platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 2777bot complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to generate profit that would not be available under normal operating conditions.
• Underage access: Any attempt to register, access, or use the platform by a person under the age of 18, or by an adult acting as a proxy for an underage individual.

Account Suspension and Closure

2777bot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from the player's payment provider.
• Detection of a duplicate account linked to the same player.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools or via the support team.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling is governed by the provisions in our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for non-breach reasons, the verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, net of any outstanding wagering requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact the support team at [email protected] with a written closure request. Account closures requested for responsible gaming reasons will be processed as self-exclusions and handled in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2777bot's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2777bot shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings arising from a technical malfunction, service interruption, or platform downtime.
• Loss resulting from the player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Loss arising from reliance on any information published on the 2777bot website that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Loss caused by a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, widespread telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks beyond 2777bot's reasonable control.
• Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by 2777bot's negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Amendments to Terms

2777bot reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: changes in applicable law, updates to platform features, new responsible gaming requirements, or changes to payment processing arrangements.

When material changes are made to these Terms, registered players will be notified by email to the address on file, by an in-platform notification upon next login, or by a prominent notice on the 2777bot website. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 2777bot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the amended Terms take effect.
